20 +
Year Of Experiences
At Stone Ember | Roofing and Construction, we believe roofing is more than shingles and materials — it is about protecting homes, building trust, and standing behind our work long after the project is complete.
OUR STORY
Founded in 2025 by Michael and Stephanie Tibbs alongside Kyle and Mandy Wilkerson, Stone Ember | Roofing and Construction was created to bring honest, dependable roofing and construction services back to the local community.
Based in Melissa, Texas, our company was built around one simple belief: homeowners deserve transparency, quality workmanship, and honest recommendations without pressure or unnecessary upselling.
With over 20 years of insurance-claim experience, our team understands how stressful roofing damage and construction projects can feel for property owners. That is why we focus on making the process as straightforward and dependable as possible from the very first conversation.
Whether a customer needs a simple repair, emergency storm restoration, or a complete roof replacement, our goal is always the same — provide the right solution for the property while treating every customer with honesty and respect.
OUR MISSION
Under One Roof — Integrity, Skill, Character
Our mission is reflected in everything we do.
Integrity
We believe in doing what is right for the customer, even when it is not the most profitable option. If a repair is the best solution, we will recommend a repair. We value transparency, honesty, and clear communication throughout every project.
Skill
Our team combines industry knowledge, modern roofing systems, and proven construction techniques to deliver dependable results built to withstand Texas weather.
Character
We treat every home and business like it is our own. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, we strive to provide a professional experience centered around respect, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.

As a locally owned North Texas company, we are invested in the neighborhoods we serve — protecting homes, building relationships, and giving back to the community we call home.
